What are your delivery charges?
All of our delivery and shipping rates are based on weight. Standard UK shipping is via Royal Mail first class post. We also offer standard airmail for Europe and ROW shipping, this service is not tracked. For an extra charge, we offer International Airsure which is a track and trace service.
Please note in rare circumstances, excessively large or heavy orders, we regret we may have to adjust shipping costs accordingly. We will contact you immediately should this apply to your order.
When will i receive my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within two working days. All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail, allow up to 3-5 days for delivery in the UK, 3-10 for Europe and 5-10 for ROW. For International Airsure allow 2-7 days.
Please contact us for special requests and next day delivery.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes – we currently offer standard airmail which is not tracked. We also offer delivery via International Airsure to Europe and ROW, this is a track and trace service but only offers the service to countries with the necessary infrastructure. If your country is not listed in the delivery options, please contact us to arrange shipping.
Im having trouble at the checkout.
Once you get to the checkout you must fill in all the boxes for contact and billing information. If the information is not filled in correctly you will be unable to move forward to payment. The page will remain the same, highlighting any boxes which require information in red. Once all the information is filled in and correct you can press continue and go to payment.
How do you take payment?
Payments are made through PayPal, you don’t need a PayPal account to do this. We do not store any of your financial details.
My item has arrived and it is damaged
In the event of an item arriving damaged or faulty please email us at email@example.com with details of the fault within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We will arrange to have another item delivered once we have received the faulty return. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us. Once received, we can then refund the postage cost of returning the faulty item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
I want to return my item
We hope that you love your order, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.
Customers must advise us of their wish to return an item by email, within seven days of receiving the item, to firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund , excluding postage, will be issued upon receipt of the returned item, provided it is in the same condition as when it was sent and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer bears all return shipping costs. We recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us.
